"Terrible customer support and way too pricey!"
The customer service is just awful. When you reach out, you get sent to a British call center that’s only available during European hours, which is a hassle when you’re calling from California. What really gets me is the pricing with LEVEL; it’s higher than Lufthansa, which is strange for a so-called budget airline! Just last week, I saw two round trip premium tickets from LAX to Barcelona for $4636, but now, a week later, the same tickets (same dates) are going for $6422. Meanwhile, I could snag two premium round trip tickets with Lufthansa for a San Diego to Munich route (which is actually way better for me) for about $4600, that’s $1800 cheaper! I’m done with LEVEL; I might even think about canceling my booking.

"Absolutely no customer support"
I booked some tickets and then tried reaching out to this airline to cancel within 24 hours without any penalty, as per USDOT rules for flights to or from the US. Every time I called, the automated system took me through a bunch of prompts, only to hang up on me at the end, leaving me talking to no one. I tried calling Iberia, as suggested on the Level website, but they told me they can't cancel a Level flight, even though Level says to call them. Then Iberia pointed me to Vueling, another partner airline, but I couldn't get through to a real person there either because of their automated system. I've started a complaint with USDOT and disputed the charge on my credit card, and I’m pretty sure I’ll win one of these battles. But seriously, don’t make the same mistake I did; those terrible reviews about Level you see everywhere? They’re spot on. If you enjoy headaches and don’t need any customer support, then Level might just be your jam.
"Rock Bottom Experience"
Level, just like other budget airlines, hits you with extra fees for everything. But honestly, it ain't worth it. The Wifi barely functioned despite claims of high speeds. The additional meals were tiny, bland, and one meal I paid for never showed up. The cabin was sweltering and uncomfortable, with hardly any airflow. In the end, you save no cash and get less in return.

"What a Laughable Experience with Our Flight"
Our flight was a total joke. The flight attendant was chilling in the back on her phone while we had to grab our own water, which was the only complimentary drink available.
We had made a reservation with Iberia, and all the details, including the boarding passes, indicated that Iberia was running the flight. But that turned out to be false. It was only when we were boarding that we spotted the aircraft outside. The plane wasn’t even from Iberia; it was from their subsidiary, 'Level.' Up to now, Iberia hasn’t bothered to inform us that 'Level' was the actual operator, nor have we received any kind of communication about it. They seem to dodge our inquiries with empty responses, and if we’re lucky, someone might reply to our emails after a two-week wait.
As for me, I’m definitely not booking with Iberia or any of its subsidiaries again. You just can’t trust what kind of mess you might end up with.

"WATER REQUEST IGNORED BY STAFF"
The staff wouldn't give me any water, turned off the call light without checking what I wanted, and finally sent me to the attendant's station where I noticed other folks getting help. They pulled the curtain shut right in front of me, kept it closed, and wouldn’t respond even though I mentioned I just needed some water. I tried several times to get someone's attention, but I was overlooked, and had to wait until the last food and drink service (6 hours later) to get any water.

"A complete farce of a business"
This company is a complete farce. They axed a connecting flight for my journey from Dublin to Buenos Aires and didn’t bother to let me know about it. I only discovered the cancellation by chance when I checked my booking online. Then they offered me a measly refund, which means I’ll have to shell out three times the amount with another airline. Seriously, don’t even think about booking flights with them; I can’t emphasize that enough. Their customer service is a total joke, just going in circles. What a terrible experience.

"A Fair Journey"
My spouse and I had a pretty solid time with LEVEL. Initially, we were meant to fly with Iberia but somehow found ourselves on a LEVEL flight. We opted for premium economy. The seats were more spacious (being in the bulkhead, we had loads of leg space). The food wasn’t top-notch, but it was alright. You get a bit more attention with premium economy during check-in. If you run into any issues before your flight, reach out to the London office. Way better than that 800 number. After checking out other folks' reviews, we feel fortunate. Probably won't be flying LEVEL or Iberia again. Our trip was a round trip from JFK to Barcelona.

"Absolutely terrible service"
How could you treat a person with disabilities like that? You told her to get off the plane, which is just wrong. Why weren't you ready for this kind of situation? I really hope the one in charge faces some serious consequences for this.

"Cancellation Issues and Lack of Support"
I've got a cancellation and still no answers. I'm sitting here waiting for a call from customer service, but no one is picking up. I've already shot off a few emails. I really need to get this sorted out or at least have some protection in place. I'm just waiting for your call to fix this, my case number is 05315258. I REALLY NEED A SOLUTION, this customer service has been pretty terrible so far.
It's now the 11th of DECEMBER and I still haven't seen a refund hit my account, yet LEVEL claims otherwise. I DID NOT RECEIVE the refund, and I'm really frustrated with the service. I'm just looking for a resolution!!!

"Absolutely the worst airline experience"
This was hands down the worst airline experience I've ever had. The staff was incredibly rude. I've encountered a lot of flight attendants in my travels, but never have I met so many unfriendly ones. I was left in disbelief when I finally landed. I attempted to talk to a few of them about it, and they all responded to me in a really unpleasant manner for no apparent reason.
I know someone else who faced the same issue with this airline's crew, which is quite strange. It got me thinking that there might be some underlying issues within the airline causing the staff to be so stressed out, as I've never run into this kind of trouble before.

"Two Years Later, Still No Refund"
I'm dealing with the same problem as many others. It's been two years since I was supposed to get a refund for my wife and two daughters' flight that got canceled before the pandemic hit. They keep sending me that ridiculous refund bank form. I've filled it out twice, and still, nothing changes; they just keep making excuses. Seriously, steer clear of them at all costs.

I'd totally give them a negative 5 stars if that was an option. These folks are scammers, and they really don’t want to process any refunds. Even though I booked through their site, they now conveniently redirect me to another company that’s probably just a spin-off of theirs. Plus, there’s no reliable way to get in touch for a refund from 'flyleveleurope.' By the time they finally provide any info, it’ll probably be yet another offshoot like 'flylevelspain' or 'flylevelbarcelona,' who knows?

These crooks went belly up recently, canceling all their flights. If you had a ticket with them, you gotta submit a claim on a site that's not even in English! Oh, and just a heads up, you’ll have to cough up £50 to file that claim :) The main company, IAG, is still in business and managing several airlines, but Level is going under and not refunding folks' cash. What a joke, those executives...

"Level took our ticket cash"
Level took our ticket cash. We were meant to fly to Spain in mid-March. Covid19 ruined the trip. I've spent more than 15 hours on hold, navigating websites, and filing claims both before and after the flight date. Level won't give us a refund or even a voucher for our four tickets, despite their website saying they would. Other travel companies have been great about Covid, but Level? Not so much. Seriously, don’t buy tickets from Level unless you’re ready to throw money away.

"Avoid Level Airlines at All Costs!"
Steer clear of Level Airlines!!! I booked some tickets, but they never showed up. The payment has been deducted from our account, though. I've been trying for weeks to get a refund, but the customer service is just a dead end!
Niet mee vliegen!!! We hadden een ticket geboekt, het geld is wel afgeschreven maar de tickets zijn nooit ontvangen. We zijn al weken bezig om ons geld terug te krijgen.
